Feedback from the people we work with

Each Year a Trustee from Changing Our Lives spends time talking to some of the members of Changing Our Lives and listening to their views about the organisation.  We ask people what sort of work they do and whether they feel they have the right sort of support.  We're also keen to know if they think the support could be better or if they know who to talk to if they wish to make a complaint.  We need this information if we are to provide the right services and the most appropriate level of support.

I'm delighted to say the response again this year was extremely positive.  People felt confident and valued.  This is a testament to the hard work and commitment of all the team and puts Changing Our Lives in a strong position to drive forward our challenging agenda in the coming monthsLiz Mabley, Trustee

Here are just a few of the comments that were made:

Really nice people, friendly and funny.
They smile, make me feel welcome, are good listeners and are good to be around.
Devoted to their job.
